Open to all the community, whether you're looking to get fit or seeking support, community, or friendship come along and join us for a relaxing walk every Wednesday at 11am.

We meet & finish at Hope Community Church, Clydebank, 30 Shelly Drive, G81 3EL before enjoying light refreshments together.
